Cumbuco

This authentic Brazilian fishing village with its friendly inhabitants is still an oasis of peace and quiet and not at all touristy yet. Cumbuco borders the most beautiful snow-white sandy beaches of the region, fringed with palm trees and at a distance of twenty-five minutes by bus from Fortaleza. You won't be bored for a single minute!

How about a spectacular buggy tour through the impressive white sand dunes of Cumbuco, or a horse ride along the Beach? Kite surfing, parasailing and jet skiing are other exciting possibilities. Those who are not so fond of these sports will certainly enjoy a walk along the beach or a caipirinha at one of the many barracas.
